When will my order ship?

We usually ship within 5-10 days of receiving your order. Your order will reach you in 7-10 business days. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details of shipping timelines.. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship textile products Internationally at courier cost. Please place an order with the following shipping address and reach out to us with your shipping details via Email, Chat or Whatsapp.

My product seems defective or does not match the website. Why is that?

Our products are mostly handmade and are never exactly identical. We take photos in natural light and you may find slight color variations as per your phone screen or monitor's display settings. We do however, strive to maintain the best quality possible, so if there is something you are dissatisfied with please feel free to reach out via email.
